• Has distributed kinda sus marketing banners that have cartoon characters on them to dispensaries in Western New York.

Legal issues

• Sources allege that Kushy Punch’s black market branch distributed vape products with elevated pesticide levels in California.
• In 2019, then-parent company Vertical Bliss was found to have produced 3.3 million gummies ($64 million value) at an unlicensed, illegal facility. These gummies were then sold in the legal market under the Kushy Punch Brand. The state of California issued Kushy Punch a $128 million fine in 2022.
